What You Need to Check In
In order to check in at Fitness 19, you will need to bring a valid photo ID and your membership card. You will also need to provide your contact information, including your name, address, and phone number. If you have any questions about your membership or about the facilities, you can ask a staff member for assistance.
Checking In Online
It’s quick and easy to check in online at Fitness 19. Just follow these simple steps:
1. Visit the Fitness 19 website and log in to your account.
2. Click on the “Check In” tab at the top of the page.
3. Enter the date and time of your visit, and click on the “Check In” button.
4. That’s it! You’re all set to work out at Fitness 19.
Checking In at the Front Desk
To ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all members and guests, please check in every time you visit Fitness 19. You can do this by:
-Tapping your key tag or phone on the reader at the front desk
-Scanning your key tag or phone using the barcode scanner
-Asking a staff member to check you in
If you forget to check in, you may be charged a $2 fee.
Checking In with a Personal Trainer
If you are new to Fitness 19 or if you would like to start working with a personal trainer, you may be wondering how to check in. Checking in is easy! Just let the front desk staff know that you are there to see a personal trainer. They will give you a tag to put on your clothes and a key for your locker. Then, they will point you in the direction of the trainer’s office.
When you get to the trainer’s office, have a seat andfill out any paperwork that they may have for you. This paperwork is usually just some basic information about yourself and your fitness goals. Once you have filled out the paperwork, the trainer will come out and introduce themselves. They will ask you some questions about your goals and your fitness level. Then, they will develop a workout plan for you.
After you have discussed your goals and worked out a plan, it is time to start your session! The trainer will take you through a warm-up and then start working with you on developing your strength, endurance, or whatever else you are looking to work on. At the end of your session, the trainer will help you cool down and give you some stretching exercises to do on your own.

Checking In for a Group Fitness Class
Before you check in at the front desk, please have your barcode ready. You will need this to scan into the system. If you do not have a barcode, please see the front desk staff and they will be happy to help you.
Once you have checked in, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our policies and procedures. We ask that all members sign a waiver prior to participating in any group fitness classes.
Additionally, please be aware that we do not allow food or drink (except for water) in the studio spaces. Please respect these rules and refrain from bringing any food or drink into the studios.

Checking In for Childcare
To ensure the safety of every child, we require all members to check in their children at the Front Desk each time they visit the Childcare room. We will provide each family with a personal identification number (PIN) to use for this purpose. For your convenience, you may also sign up for our Auto Check-In system, which will allow you to use your fingerprint to check in your child.
Checking In for a Massage
Before you can enjoy your relaxation, there are a few things you need to do in order to check in at Fitness 19. When you arrive, please let the front desk staff know that you are here for a massage. You will be asked to fill out a short health history form and then given a locker key so that you can store your belongings.
After you have stored your belongings, please make your way to the massage room and have a seat. Your therapist will come in shortly and introduce themselves. They will ask you a few questions about what areas you would like worked on and if you have any specific concerns. Once they have all the information they need, they will begin your massage.
At the end of your service, your therapist will let you know that it is time to get up. They will give you a moment to get dressed and then meet you back in the main lobby where they will go over any aftercare instructions with you.
Checking In for a Personal Training Session
Fitness 19 is a great gym for people who are looking for a personal trainer. You can check in for your session at the front desk, or you can use the self-check-in kiosk.
What to Do If You Forget to Check In
If you forget to check in at Fitness 19, don’t worry! You can still check in within 60 minutes of your scheduled workout time. Just bring your ID to the front desk and they’ll be able to check you in.
